This was plain and simple human errorThe day that Mr*** was here I went to speak with him and apologize personallyTwo vehicles sale pricing had been swappedI was going to wright the customer an apology letter as promised but, now that he has gone to the Revdex.com and VW of America to complain

him any of our in stock VWs with all and any incentives he qualifies forWe will not sell him a car that he decides what incentives he gets, even if he doesn't qualify to receive themThe factory or the finance company set the rules NOT West Houston VolkswagenI'm sorry the customer was confused it was never or intention to have that happenThis is the first compliant that I have had in regards to the issue that the customer has filed this compliant overAs I stated earlier West Houston VW will gladly sell him any of our new VWs with all applicable incentivesWe have nothing to hide.?
