Netparcel

I shipped a very large package to the UK using UPS through netparcel, the cost was $360.
After the package arrived at its destination I was sent an additional invoice of $140. After a phone call and emails I was told it was because the package was oversized (dimensional weight) and or peak season. After more emails I was told that UPS’s laser measuring system determined the dimensional weight was over 130”. Dimensional weight is (2x length) + (2x width), the package did not exceed 130”
I provided proof in photos of the packages measurements, the manufacturers shipping specs and the measurements the UPS themselves had taken.
Netparcel say that UPS have denied my dispute and at first offered me a $50 credit and followed up with an offer for a $90 credit. I have no intention of using them again so their credit that would still leave me $50 out of pocket is useless.
Proof has been provided on my end so it seems very dishonest on the part of UPS and netparcel

We have been shipping via postal service for 20 years. Product is standard shape 18"x18"X2". We ship in heavy duty bags - well-sealed. Have also shipped via *** and *** occasionally for customers requiring expedited service. No problems. However, due to COVID-19, *** very unreliable. We were thrilled to find NetParcel. It was a little more expensive but great service. Shipped approximately 10 packages. Then received an invoice that MORE THAN DOUBLED the shipping cost! We were charged an additional handling fee of $18.00 per item because the product was not in a box. No warning or other communication. We called Netparcel. They did nothing and their additional invoice has automatically been paid through ***. Essentially - we gave all those products away. We are extremely dissatisfied and NetParcel is no help.
