This company claims I opened a credit card accountI did notThen, they've sent bills, somehow managed to get into my bank account to extract fees for a service I did not ask forI told my bank to stop any payments from the companyI tried to call the number listed on the fake invoice to no availI've got a letter from collections and spoke to them, then '***" at netpay and was told to send an emailI did soYet, I am still getting 'bills' from collectionOthers need to know how this company handles these issuesThe Revdex.com is only one out of numerous sources I have for help***, [redacted] roughly million retired officers, RV owners, Salon owners and assorted business owners in the salon and beauty biz will also have access to m complaint by the end of DecemberEvery Chamber Of Commerce in Fl, our states attorney office and all 10K of my business page followers will also hear of this issue If I owed the money, I'd gladly pay itI pay all of my other bills in a time

I am using Net Pay Bank Card for one of my e-commerce websiteThe processing is done very fast and efficientlyThe services good

This is perfect way to get rid off paying less transaction charges and get tension free from this sideI have done this and now I am more focused on expanding my business

First I want to say that
the customer story is not accurate
at all and we do have all the facts in hand to proof that
The merchant apply for a merchant account on 06/04/and
got approve the same day, the merchant did complete the paper work and signed
an agreement and we do have a proof of signed agreement (attached to this
email) with the merchant voided check
that supply to us by the merchant , the merchant never cancel the application
with us the same day or on the middle of the process, in fact the merchant send
us a copy of voided check to complete the process since without his we are
unable to set up the account and bill the merchant
On 03/09/the merchant contact our office for the first
time and request to close the account, we ask the merchant to send us an email
in writing requesting to close the account , we close the same day , also since
we saw that the merchant never use the account we issue the merchant a good
faith refund in the amount of $43, we not suppose to issue this refund since we
do have signed agreement and the merchant only cancel it up until 03/09/
We don’t believe that we did anything wrong or that we owe
any refund to that merchant, we want by our signed agreement with the merchant (
attached) more than that we already issue a refund of $as a good faith
We only close account via email request or via signed letter
that need to be faxed to we open account with signed request and we do closed
with signed request, we never close account over the phone and the merchant
never request it until 3/9/

The story I told is accurateI spoke with *** at Vagaro a couple of weeks ago and he told me to cancel the account in order to receive a refund, since I had no idea I even owned an account with this merchant and it was simply a mix upVagaro has an application online and that's who I originally went through, and who I expected to refund my account, which is why I originally called themI spoke with *** at Vagaro after my banks fraud department gave me a number that led to several different vendorsWhen I explained this misunderstanding with *** he said simply call merchant bank and cancel and I'll draft an email to get your charges reversedTwo days later he called and said Merchant bank REFUSES to reverse the charges since you didn't cancel with themI did not know I had an account with anyone since I didn't complete Vagaros application process and canceled when I saw the excessive feesI have never heard of Merchant bank since my application was with Vagaro In the middle of Vagaros finalization of paperwork I decided not to go any further, which explains why they have no activity for me nor does the processing or VagaroThe forms with my name written in by someone else and signature pasted were a part of the original application for Vagaros processing The original application required me to send a voided checkIf Merchant bank would check with Vagaro they would see I stopped the process AND never ordered a reader or anythingBecause I stopped mid process and didn't complete documents, I was told I had to do nothing furtherAlso Vagaro records their conversation and they should be able to pull the conversation from June when I called and asked is there anything else I need to do to cancel this transactionLong story short, Merchant bank is using deceptive practices to obtain fees from merchants by having the application process double as a contractI would like a FULL refund of all fees.

The net pay bank card is in one of good things that I have done for my businessThe card gives a security for high credits and transactions are very quickly

I have been using their services from long time and am very satisfied with the services and speed of the paymentMy business is in good profit and am very happy

 I signed an application for a merchant account with Vagaro, not a contract stating an outside bank could debit my account for various amounts with no statement, notification or service. NOBODY does that! I will be speaking with an attorney regarding a class action about your unsavory business practices. I will also file more complaints regarding this matter, as well as go to the general manager and your parent company Wells Fargo if necessary. I would like a FULL refund of the money taken from my business account.
