I am rejecting this response because: Ms*** I am Not going to move any landscaping rock as I have a bad KneeYour Foreman was the one who was Rude and VulgarI too have pictures of Where Net Solar's Subcontractors illegaly and without permission Trespassed on MY Property and caused damageA Police Report (#***) has been filed with the Las Cruces Police DepartmentIf Net Solar Who is in charge of the construction next to my property is Not willing to make the Necessary Repairs, I will seek to file a Lien against Net Solar and the property next to Mine.Net Solar,Ms***,Never did I sate that my concrete was damagedWhat was damaged, was the Matting-fabric that is laid down under Landscaping rockIt is placed to keep weeds from growing in Rock LandscapingWhen you drive Heavy Machinery over it, it Tears, making it useless. Since Net Solar is the "Builder" it is your Responsibility to keep construction Machinery off My PropertyIt is also Your Responsibility to keep your SubContractor's (in essence Your EMPLOYEES) from Trespassing on My Property!This was Not done and Your employee caused Damage to My Property.If you do Not want to pay for the Damages to my Property, I will file a Lien against the property next to *** *** *** ***

In reference to *** *** *** **complaint on 10/3/2016, he stated that there was damage done to his landscaping on Friday, September 30thAs the builder, we know there was nobody at that home working on that day, however, there was a delivery for our subcontractor "*** ***" on
Saturday October 1st, from "The Home Depot"We contacted *** *** store manager of The Home Depot and she took the complainants information and will forward it to her claims departmentWe are enclosing photos that our foreman took on October 3rd for your viewing, where there is no visible damage other than tire marks, there was no damage to the concrete as wellWhen Mr*** encountered our foreman he used very vulgar languageOur foreman asked Mr*** to remove the rock so that we may see if there was any damage done to the landscaping matting, he refused. We want to stress that Mr*** is not a customer of ours
