[redacted] bought an item from [redacted] and we provide all information about products. Then, he placed order with us. After all he asked for second power supply for free otherwise he open a claim on ebay and leave a negatife feedback to affect my busioness which he mad it already.

I have all conversations and he cursed me and humiliated me! This person and his company are dishonest! and I don't want any other people have problem with them!Desired Settlement: I'm waiting an apology even if we had bad experiment! He cannot curse me and humiliate me!
