0pt;">I have attached the record of this clients usage on our system during his stay at a local resort.  We agree that he signed up on the dates he stated as that is confirmed in our documentation.  We do not have data caps on our service since the first day his activity shows downloading over 800 mb.  The other times he was using our system is also in the report as well as his upload and download activity.  We also do not offer any guarantee of service or speeds associated as presented by our Terms and Conditions which are also attached to this email  and by signing up for our service - the Client agrees to that.  The log we have speaks to the fact that he did use it for his stay at the Resort.  We also only offer 1 package for everyone that signs up.  It is a 7 day package for the 14.95.  It corresponds to the fact that the Resort is also on a 7 day schedule.
 
As a conciliatory measure, we would offer $14.95 divided by 7 days = $2.14 a day.  He used it for 3 days and did not use it for 4.  Our refund would be for the 4 days * $2.14  = $8.56.  We would also comment that it is a sad commentary for someone to threaten our employees and owner for 14.95 as this individual did.

   No threats have been made to the owner of this company, nor to his employees!  I am astounded that they would even suggest that I did for the purposes of making a few dollars!  At this point, nothing less than a full refund will be accepted!  I gave the company the opportunity to "make a deal" when I first contacted them.  They refused to work with me, so now I want a full refund.  The reality of this matter is that the service did not and does not work.
   Just because the service shows "bandwidth" being used does not mean that the service is working, nor does it mean the service is working properly!  This service was purchased so that my wife could gain access to a webinar.  On the lowest setting of the webinar, the computer should have been downloading 6.18 Meg per minute.  This would be 370.8 Meg per hour!  This webinar was supposed to be 4 days, 8 hours each day.  This would be a total of 2966.4 Meg each day - We should have been able to view this webinar with no issues!  All 3 days combined did not equal 1/2 of 1 day's webinar . . . Why? because the service constantly was cutting out and taking 20-30 minutes to reconnect!!!
  The simple fact that when I called their support line for help, I was told there was nothing that can be done to keep me connected tells me they know their service is not working properly and they are simply scamming people who do not know any better!  I have never had such a horrible experience with a company such as this!  If you know your service does not work properly, either fix it, or provide a refund when it is requested!  It is really that simple!
