Bought a netTalk duo phone adapterSet up my account, then found out there were no local numbers for my city, population 800,peopleCouldn't return device to WalmartSpent 1hr on live chat, agent wouldn't elevate my inquiryAgent wouldn't give me a ticket number, ended chat w/ no resolutionTried calling cust service long distance from my cell phone, gave up after minutes on hold & getting cut offLooked like a good service but its useless if everyone has to call long distanceAlso the hardware device has a defect as well, never bothered trying to get that resolved No useful customer service, can't find out local number until after buying product, defective hardware

This company has the worst customer serviceNo phone contact and never get back to youI paid for years and haven't had service for about that time because I can't get ahold of no oneI can't get a refund either ***

My point is easy to understand : my nettalk device isn't working from ten days ago and I realize that customer service phone does not exist , only a "chat" where you have always thirty persons before you that never "move" , so after one hour waiting I dropped the call Then I submitted a ticket with no answer at all !! , so as a customer I am on my own The best thing that I can do is to trash the Nettalk device No hopes with this pirate company !!

It's true that Nettalk's customer service is practically nonexistentIt takes a long time to get any responseIt's true that even when they fix a problem, they don't communicate well about what happenedBUT they do supply a super-cheap service that works well most of the time (assuming you are competent enough to set it up and ensure that your router's firmware is up to date, etc.)If you can live with occasional outages and solve your own internal issues, it's a well-priced deal

I have been having an issue with my nettalk duo device not receiving calls but I can make themI have been trying to reach them today for over three hours just being on holdThis is inexcusable to be on hold for this long just to get support for a device that I have paid good money forI have read other reviews and they all say the same thing, they have terrible customer service and someone needs to address this issueThere is no company in the world that would keep there customers on hold for three hours just to get an issue resolvedThere should be a live chat as well as a way to contact the owner of this company to lodge a complaint

I ordered a NetTALK DUO from NetTALKAfter one week I had not received an email receipt confirmation for the purchase, but had an order number received at the time of purchaseThe purchase page said the product would be shipped within 1-business daysI have received no shipping confirmation, or charges to my credit card after a week of the order (business days) Attempting to contact NetTALK through their online chat numerous times received no responseToday I was the first in line at 10:(actually came online minutes After 10:00), but after a half hour wait was dumped to emailI have sent three emails for support and all are currently "Unassigned" Calling the NetTALK corporate offices goes unansweredMany of the call distribution options are invalid or drops the call This is not a company to do business withI understand the F ratingI wish I had seen this prior to my purchase

I have been a NetTalk customer for many yearsHad several technical issues and always was able to get some help from on-line supportThis month my NetTalk Duo stopped to call outsideI was able to receive calls, although without caller IDUsed on-line support (of course, you have to wait some time, but it is the same with other similar services), they could not help me so they arranged a phone support next daySo next day a tech guy called me and spend about an hour trying to fix the problem, but no luckHe gave himself another day to try something else and called next day just to inform me that the most probably reason is hardware that need to be replacedMy device's warranty expired long time ago, but because I have been a long time customer they sent a replacement for free! And I didn't even have to activate, all my data was transferred to the new deviceThis is a good service in my opinion

My experience with Nettalk is they offer an Unlimited servicebut that not thruth, this is a prepaid serviceI paid $for calls to the caribean and at six month the service was reduce just to receive calls but not make themI tried to transfer the number to another company but they said I am not in there recordsKeep out of this people

Complete waste of time/moneyI had my phone # ported to nettalkI could make outgoing calls but could not receive any incoming calls - they would go straight to voicemail Impossible to connect with nettalk for tech supportI would receive the obligatory email saying they will get back with me but that never happenedI finally sent back product with a letter requesting a refundBut, unsurprisingly, no refund and no response Complete waste of time/money - extremely frustrating!

Absolutely horrible customer service, or perhaps I should say NO customer serviceTheir product worked well for us, but when it was time to continue on with the service after the first year, it was like they just did not want our businessCould not get them to respondMoved to another providerVery Dissapointing NetTalk!

I have been trying to resolve my problem for over daysI have been on the computer for over three hours and have submitted several TicketsMost have been lost and I have yet to be able to contact anyone in the company ALL I WANT IS MY PHONE NUMBER restored.....I would think this is a simple requestIf they have no one to take care of this service, I suggest that they let your customer know rather than keep someone on the hook for hoursIt appears that they do not want to answer any complaints or correct any problemsIf you are considering Nettalk, I would suggest that you look elsewhere

Less than lousy customer service and at best a dial tone Nettalk's online chat help service is never answered 1-800-987-is a non working number...don't waste your time 1-305-621-leaves you in a rotating recorded message that is never answered during business hoursIn (2) years with Nettalk, I have been able to reach customer service only (1) time

I have been a Nettalk customer for three years Their tech support is not good, but I have been able to accept the equipment shortcomings or find my own solution Today, I wanted to add two phone numbers to my blacklist There has always been a limit of ten numbers in their blacklist I had ten numbers listed, and there was a message under the Blacklist heading stating I had ten numbers listed and I could have up to ten numbers listed As in the past, I deleted two numbers so I could add two new numbers After deleting two numbers, the message under the heading stated I had eight numbers listed and I could have up to eight numbers I was concerned that if I deleted more, the limit would be lowered So I contacted their sales department through a chat session I need to add that the company now sells the capability of adding multiples of ten blacklist numbers for an additional cost After waiting minutes, a "sales person" joined the chat I asked what happened to allowing ten blacklist numbers The response was that I could add ten numbers for an additional cost I stated I was not interested in spending more money, I wanted to know what the limit is for current customers At first, the person said the limit is eight, while still trying to sell the additional capability I asked if they could provide information to where they informed me of the change in the contract The person would not provide that information, but did state that the annual contract provides for one blacklist number without further costs During the chat session, the number went from eight to one Unfortunately, I just renewed my contract last month for another year I will not be a customer of Nettalk after the current contract expires

Horrible service. No customer support existed!
