I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . [On August 15 I corresponded with Nettech and was informed that a refund would be sent that week. Approximately 2.5 weeks have passed and nothing in the form of a refund has been received.] Regards,

Ms *** did hire us to recover information from damaged
hard drivesIt was stated at the time of services that recovery is not guaranteed
specially if there is physical damage to hard drivesIt was also explained to
the customer that if no information was recovered then
there will not be a
chargeUpon inspecting the hard drive had physical damaged and recovery
was not a option the other went through our recovery software and found lost
partitionsOnce partitions were stable the recovery process begin because of
the deletion of partition naming structure was in a raw format we were asked to
get pictures and documents which we recovered the client claims they weren’t
the ones she wantedWe have no way of knowing which induvial documents and
pictures she wanted we recovered all pics and docs that were recoverable we
were not told any specific picture or doc just that between the hard drive
there were old pictures and doc that she wanted recoveredSince we were able
to recover pictures and document she was charged the recovery fee .She also
claimed she never received her drives and or receipt which have both been
returned to herOn many occasion we asked her to pick up drives and receipt
since we no longer are in that areaAnd that she would have to wait till we
had work in that area for us to drop off otherwise she could easily pick up her
items
** long was asked for his email address so we may send him out a echeck this week which is the quickest way to get him a refund
I have spoken to ** long a few times prior to this complaint and explained since that it was paid by charge card and he hasn't recvied a refund from my old CC proccser that he can request a charge back as I have been informed by my CC procsser if paid by CC and requesting a refund never refund...
in cash. Just recently I have spoken to ** long and made arangements for him to receive a refund in payments and working on sending him out his refund now
