Review: About 2 months ago I dropped off my Surface tablet so that Nettnetts could retrieve a file for me before I returned the tablet to [redacted] for warranty replacement.
Although it has been very difficult to contact Jeanette at Nettnetts we have had several conversations regarding different excuses for why it was taking so long. It has been some time since I have had any response from her. My most recent email and voice message have stated I would just like my tablet returned. My warranty expired Oct. 1st. and I can't get any response from Nettnetts and she still has my tablet.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to: 1. Return my phone calls, texts, email
2. perform the service they promised and/or return my property.
