We have been attempting to complete our vendor compliance with NetVendor since April 2026, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. When the property informed us that we were required to pay a $149 fee for NetVendor to complete the compliance process, we paid it—hesitantly—under the assumption that this fee covered the full service. However, NetVendor has not retrieved a single required document. We have had to provide every document ourselves, which raises the question: What exactly was the $149 fee intended to cover?
We signed our contract at the end of May believing everything was in order. Instead, the issues escalated. At the end of June, we were notified by the property that we were not in compliance and would not receive payment or PO numbers until NetVendor updated our file. After being told months earlier that our Florida license and documentation were sufficient for work in Georgia, we were suddenly informed that Georgia documentation was also required.
When I contacted a CSA, I was told we only needed the Articles of Organization/Certificate of Good Standing. No one could explain why we were previously given inaccurate information.
I submitted the requested document six days ago. Despite NetVendor’s advertised “24‑hour document processing,” the file still has not been updated. Even accounting for the holiday closure, the document has been in NetVendor’s possession for three full business days. I was then told documents are reviewed in the order received, which directly contradicts the advertised processing timeframe.
I have left my phone number multiple times and have not received a single return call. Each time I wait on hold—often for two full hours—I am told no agents are available. Email responses have been inconsistent and often inaccurate. Two supervisors assured me our compliance certificate would be completed by lunchtime the following day, yet our account still shows NON‑COMPLIANT.
This ongoing situation has caused significant delays, financial impact, and unnecessary stress.
