At this time, I have been contacted directly by Network Adjusters, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have heard from the company,and they have indicated they WILL be sending a check to the Jeep dealership to cover the repair to the...

damaged car.  However, I will keep this complaint open until East Hills Jeep notifies they have received the check. As of yesterday, they have not received the check.

Please accept this letter as an official response pertaining to the aforementioned...

case.
We have reviewed the matter with the appropriate department that had communication with the member, [redacted]. The dispute arose between Mr. [redacted] and the collection department in an attempt at resolving an account status. Furthermore, the collection department did not curse or use any profanity during the conversation that took place on October 6, 2016 between him and the collection supervisor. As a matter of fact, it was Mr. [redacted] who used profanity several times during the conversation which was ultimately documented into the departments' collection queue.
The payment Mr. [redacted] stipulated in the complaint was accepted per the VP of Lending and Collection, Mr. [redacted] on October 7, 2016. This information was relayed to Mr. [redacted] via a phone call and he was told of the payment acceptance on October 7, 2016.
The collection department at Advance Financial makes every attempt at settling account disputes with members and does not use any profanity when discussing highly sensitive matters. Advance Financial and its representatives are fully aware of the FTC and FDCPA collection practices.

Yea they accepted my payment and I cursed once on the phone during the matter and I didn't mean for it to happen, but my fiancé was sitting next to me during the whole matter and I want it to be known that the "supervisor" if you could even say that after the way I was treated did in fact curse back and more than I did. Been dualy noted that this bank is very unprofessional.
