Review: [redacted] (architect) did not comply with my request. I asked if it was possible to have a second driveway in front of my house. He said it was and filed with the DOB upon delivery of plan to start the job I found out that he never went to Parks to ask removal of a city tree in front of the area where the second driveway was approved by the DOB. DOB approved it because according to Parks (I went to Parks upon [redacted] failure) the plan had the wrong information. I approached [redacted] few times via phone calls, e-mails, and registered mail requesting my money back or fix the error with another option but at no extra cost to me. He did not reply back, I have proof of all my attempt communication with [redacted].Desired Settlement: I tried to work with him but it seems that he doesn't have any intention of returning what he has stolen from me so at this point I don't trust him and I want my money back.
