the repairs done. Since the customer was not the one who had ordered the repairs on the car, I declined to provide him with an estimate. However, I did politely inform him that he can easily obtain the estimate from his lien holders who happened to be the ones asking for repairs and paying the cost. For some reason this simple explanation got the complainant upset and he started using foul language and walked out. Network would like to reaffirm the quality of our work which is second to none and would appreciate the customer giving us a chance to improve on anything the customer, is not satisfied with.
