To Whom it May Concern: I would like to dispute this complaintCustomer reached out to our dealership as a friend and customer requesting we locate his mother a to Mercedes ML350; as always, like any other dealership, we require a deposit before locating this exact vehicleWe spent a lot
of time and a lot of money on this customer locating exactly what they wantedWhen we finally located what we wanted and they agreed to what we found, we could not reach them for over a week after purchase of vehicleWhen we finally got in contact with customer, the son, Ronald, then told us his mother decided she would rather remodel her kitchen than buy the new carIt was explained how much time, money and effort was put into locating and purchasing this vehicle; this is why EVERY dealership requires a deposit for a specific vehicle locateJustin, our sales rep was told by management that no deposit will be refunded, as it would be for any other customerCustomer continued to call and we continued to explain it was non refundable, which was explained from the beginning of the transactionThis is how every dealership across the country operates when locating a specific vehicle for a customerRonald is stretching the truth and we have no reason to have to steal or mislead any customerWe found exactly what they were looking for and it was them who decided to remodel their kitchen rather than move forward with buying the vehicle we had purchased for themWith that being said, it then makes the deposit non refundableIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact Joe C*** at *** *** ***Thanks

NETWORK AUTO SALES<[email protected]>2:57 PM (1 hour ago)tomeCustomer bought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler from us on 7/11/16 she was promised a fog light and her top to be fixed, she was directed where to go for the top [redacted] which she stated in the claim but never followed through...

with [redacted] to have it repaired, Bob the owner of [redacted] was aware we would be covering the costs and we have a open account there. She failed to schedule   and instead said we denied to fix it, as for the lights we did get her not one like promised but 2 brand new fog lights when she was notified on10/20/16 to come in and have them replaced she proceeded to yell at our service manager and said see you in court, we have done what we could at this point I was told she didn't like the time frame and said it took us too long to follow through, it is unfortunate it took as long as it did but its always better late than never.Joe C[redacted]
