Review: This representatives were very misleading in what this company would provide and how successful others have been. I was told to call and they would cancel with no questions. I knew ahead of time this wasn't working for me and tried canceling. These were pressure salesmen that did everything they could to stop my initial cancellation request from going through, including but not limited to, disrespecting me verbally by telling me how unsuccessful I was. I later tried calling because I didn't get an email about my account and was told I probably went to spam. I tried to cancel and was told they would cancel my service until 30 days had ended because they can't prorate the refund. I'm stuck paying for a service that is not useful to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund based on my request to end service date and not be forced to pay for something I am not using.

Review: I cancelled my account with Networx on March **, 2015, the representative confirmed my cancellation by e-mail and available funds on our account will be refunded back. Unfortunately on March **, 2015 we still received a lead from Networx hence charging our account even after cancellation. I called on March **, 2015 for them to rectify the charge but a Networx representative said it was too late the account was charged and that it cannot be refunded back. Therefore, I am a requesting a full refund of my account available balance per my cancellation date of March **, 2015.Desired Settlement: Requesting a full refund of my account available balance per my cancellation date of March **, 2015.

Review: Networx called us in * 201March4 to solicit a programfor HVAC leads. I was told the leads could be from 4-9 per month but more realistically would be 4-6 leads. They knew my service area (Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Va) but sent us leads for areas out of our service area. In April I called to cancel and was talked into giving it a try for another month. I did with no better success than in the past. The 2 leads we did recieve: left 3 messages with consumer, consumer never called me back, the other lead was for a consumer that wanted the work done for an unrealistic price. I even tried to call one lead outside our business area to no avail either. Today May [redacted], 2014, I called to cancel, which did happen. However Networx will not issue a credit. I called our bank and was told it showed as a "hold", not a completed transaction. I called Networx two more times and only had one civil conversation out of the three. Not only is their lead expection fall flat, the amount of double talk and refusal to issue a credit left me incredulous. I am posting the cancellation letter that shows that not only will I not receive a refund, we are not going to recieve any more leads. In essesence we have paid $175.00 for this month and will not recieve any leads. The biggest complaint is Networx misrepresented the number of viable leads, for which I complained about twice to no avail. They sent us leads way out of our service area. Here is the letter they sent us today:

Dear Sweetland's Heating & Cooling Services,

This email is a confirmation that your account, Sweetland's Heating & Cooling Services has been deactivated, effective immediately. You will no longer receive leads and no funds will be billed to your credit card.

We appreciate the opportunity we had to work with you. Our goal at Networx is to develop a successful, long term relationships with our contractors. We hope that we can work together again in the future.
