First my wife read the contract and seemed it was ok she missed a few things that I would NEVER had signed if I knew that is a mistake... it would cost you 500 or more just to move out and most places a dog deposit goes toward any damage your dog does or wear n tear they told me the dog deposit was for the privilege to have a dog at this home LOL. We moved in the carpets where not CLEANED as they say the septic tank had not been drained in 10 YEARS and we paid almost 1400 a month to smell [redacted] and deal with people at the home alot. We dealt with insurance guys coming in the back yard taking picture with no notice we kept the place better than move in rdy. came to the point we had enough out came the claws and BS we had to clean carpets, lay bark around all the planters, spray for flea's, keep power water on, change filter, mow, garden, cut trees and this is just the start of the move out process. We have a very expensive dog anyone knows how much you spend to keep them flea free and we had paperwork showing we do so they don't care charged us to clean carpets, spray for fleas and there was none, we left water on for 6 days they said we didn't do it long enough charged us 175 bucks 50 for cabinets, and I believe they sent us a refund and charged us a 10 buck FEE for that. I am 47 except for 3 years living in our Cali home I have rented all that time and NEVER had to do all that [redacted] to move out..Why not ask me to replace roof, and paint as well..stay away from these people.....in 5 years of living here we lived in two places before this one in both places we even got the dog deposit back LOL that never happens. Was it our fault on fine print? YES are these people going to nickel n dime you to death? YES...
