Bought a house where Green Scapes were the contractorsmonths later and the new flat roof over my rear dormer blows off and they refuse to fix itThey stapled the base layer instead of using the proper roof nails and it never should've blown off if it was installed properly
I had a large patio and fire pit installed at my home The job turned out better than I imagined I can't say enough about the quality job and their attention to detail The workers are amazing They did everything and more to make our job perfect I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new patio
I hope upper management or the owner gets to see this I couldn't even get someone out to give me a quote the first time no call no show than the manager calls and apologized for his sales rep not showing and said he would personally come out than he was a no call no show I would never do business with this company extremely unprofessional and a waste of time
I met with a sales person, agreed on price, submitted the plans to my HOA, received approval, had Green Scapes begin the project(patio pavers) prior to putting down pavers my HOA ask that I make the patio smallerI spoke with the owner Carmen *** explained my issue, he contacted his workers and gave them the new sizeOn the last day of work I received a call from his office to make sure I give the workers the final check, I did and the job was paid in fullI spoke with the owner Carmen *** a couple days later about a refund because that patio was smaller then agreed for, he let me know he would not issue a refund so we agreed to install some sodI have been talking to the owner (when I can get him on the phone, his mailbox always full) for two months he always promises next week but next week but it has never happened
