Who are these people?
After reviewing my credit card charges I noticed that Neulion has been billing me for a monthly service I have never had access to from them - Sportsnet Now. This has been ongoing for the last year. The only contact information listed for this company is a phone number that no one ever answers.

I talked to Sportsnet Now Canada who tell me that they can see where I have been doubled billed by them and Neulion, but insist that that they are unable to cancel the phantom American subscription that originated on the Sportsnet Now Amazon Firestick App. Amazon is also insists that they are unable to help with this matter.

Hello, [redacted] 's customer service department corresponded with this customer on April *, and addressed the customer's complaint by cancelling the customer's subscription and issuing a refund for the last charge While the account had previously been cancelled, when the customer lost the billing dispute with the credit card company, the subscription was reactivated and the customer was charged again We trust that our actions in addressing this complaint have been satisfactory; please let us know if anything further is required Thanks Best regards [redacted] ***
