Review: We went to dinner at [redacted] restaurant located at [redacted]. They subcontract to Nueman Enterprises. The valet crashed another customers pickup truck into our Scion TC. Try as our insurance company may they have been unable to collect the money for the vehicle repairs and we have not seen a dime of our deductible.Desired Settlement: Would like Nueman to pay our insurance company for the damage caused to our vehicle and we would like to be reimbursed our deductible.

Review: I had my car valet parked through Neumann Limited on Saturday, October 11, 2014 while I had dinner at the Cafeteria on 15th & L Street. I did not have my wireless key in the slot, when they retrieved my car the key was inserted in the slot. I didn't think anything of this and drove home. When I stopped my car there was a message to remove the wireless key from the slot. I had already removed it. I then tried to lock my car, but it wouldn't since the system kept reading the key was still in the ignition. I called the Cafeteria the next day and was told they are not responsible for the valet service. I called Neumann limited at ###-###-#### and was told there was no one in valet service and to call back on Monday. I called Monday and left a message for the valet service to call me. I have tried calling several more times each time with no resolution. I have since had my keyless slot repaired for $310.49 from Elk Grove Acura. I had my car serviced a week before this with no problem with the key slot. The valet service said they would return my call and have an investigation on my car, but I haven't heard anything from them. Acura stated the key slot rarely breaks. IDesired Settlement: I would like reimbursement from Neumann Limited for $310.49.

In response to the key fob issue. I questioned the valet attendant who parked and pulled the vehicle and he had no issues with the car, key fob or the vehicle. I realize we parked the vehicle and since we had no problem figure this to be a mechanical defect. We are not responsible for mechanical defects as stated on our valet claim check. This is a tough situation for our company so we would like to apologize for taking so long to respond but it is a busy time of year. We would like to offer a gift card to cafeteria 15 L as a way to help. $100 is the amount, Merry Christmas! Neumann Valet
