[redacted] was my landlord for a year. My roommates and I had problems with him from the start.
He is extremely hard to get ahold of, especially if you need to talk about something that would require him to spend money. It is frustrating to have a landlord that doesn't fix things that need to be fixed, when they need to be fixed, and in the correct way. The people he "hired" to do maintenance and correct certain problems, while nice, they were untrained and not particularly helpful.
When we moved in, the house was a complete mess. The previous tenants did not clean, and [redacted]refused to hire professional cleaners, or at least get someone in there to do the job. My roommate and I also spent many hours painting the place white even though he had hired a "painter". We were not reimbursed for our labor, and talked to [redacted] about it many times but he refused to acknowledge the fact that we put so much time and effort into a house that we don't even own.
He is a very difficult person to work with, he seems very disorganized, and it shows in how he runs his business. I would not trust him with something as important as my home. I would not recommend his company to anyone I know.
