Order of Supplements to value of £92.84
Ordered on 14th NOV, it is now 25th Nov. 11 days later, still not recieved anything,paid via paypal, so bank can do nothing.
Beware of these fraudulent companies preying on vulnerable people.

Complaint regarding refund of purchased health supplements never received.
A purchase was made on March 30, 2019 on the company's website for health supplements totaling 181,30 $ US on invoice XXXXXXXXXX using my Paypal account. I tried many times to reach the company by calling (818) 334-4434, the phone number written on the bottom of the confirmation e-mail. However, this number is either busy or always has a full message box. I also wrote two-emails on April 17 and May 3 demanding shipping information or refund without any response. There were other instances of no shipping details provided following orders despite the company's claim on their confirmation e-mail.

Desired Outcome

I demand a refund of 181,30 $ US on my Paypal account or a confirmation e-mail providing shipping details with tracking number included.

No product or correspondence from Company received
On December 8, 2018 I placed and order for nutritional supplements from NeuroGenetic solutions. I used PayPal to pay for the order. I recieved a receipt of purchase from the company via email. Within the 72 hour consumer cancelation period, I requested that my order be canceled and that I receive a refund. No email response from NeuroGenetic solutions was received. I also requested a refund via Paypal, without a rsponse from the company. I have sent 2 more emails requesting that the order be canceled, with no response. and addtional request was sent through Paypal, without a response. I also contacted my bank, who was usnable to help, because the purchase was made through PayPal. In addition, I have called NeuroGenetic solutions multiple times, and was unable to leave a voicemail, as the mailbox is full. In other words, I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PRODUCT I ORDERED, and am not able to communicate with this company, which I belive to be fraudulent.

A full cancelation and full refund for products never received

I have had a delivery/customer service issue with this company and cannot seem to get it resolved. I purchased 2 bottles of suppplements that should have been shipped to the shipping address on my account however it was sent to my billing address which is where my parents live 2500 miles away. These supplements are for a health condition I have and I have ordered from this company before without any issues. I have since tried to contact the company and cannot reach anyone, cannot leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full and have sent at least 3 emails to various email addresses and have not had a single response in 4 days. At this point, the package is now in TN and it will cost more money for us to now ship the product from TN to CA and will take an additional week to get to me and I have already been waiting a week since my order.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a full refund and am happy to return the product to them unopened if they will provide a prepaid mailing label. Otherwise I want a credit equal to the shipping I paid for along with the shipping it will cost to now get the package to CA. Basically they should just refund me the money - $78.00. If I need to contest with the credit card company please let me know and I will stop them from paying them.

Customer filled out incorrect ship to address. We shipped the product to the address she provided. Customer had products shipped to her by a friend we are guessing and she refuses to send them back to us but now wants a refund. Happy to give her a refund minus the $6.90 we spent shipping to her. She just needs to mail our products back undamaged.

This response makes no acknowledgement that they also sent me the wrong product I Ordered! But anyhow, I did not fill out the improper ship,to address. I had an online account saved and had items shipped to me prior to this order to the correct address on 2 other occasions. It was not my error. I tried contacting the company the moment I received notice of the improper shipping. But I was unable to get a hold of anyone after numerous calls and emails.
And - they shipped me the wrong product! I have uploaded documents that prove my order wasn't even sent the wrong items. I have since filed a claim with *** to disput a charge since I was shipped the wrong product with no ability to resolve. and I have now moved which is why I was contacting the company so urgently and since this has taken a month to try and resolve I no longer wish to try and work things out. I will only accept the full refund. I shouldn't have even had to contact the Revdex.com to get this lame excuse. And I spent an additional $10 shipping the wrong product to CA, instead of the address they sent it to. So I am already upside down in shipping and receiving the wrong product
Also, these products are marketed for people weaning/getting off of medications that cause severe withdrawal effects. I am since completely off all my meds and did it without the benefit of the product due to delays in the shipping and then not having the product I needed. I don't believe I should have to pay 1) for the wrong product 2) the company's errors in shipping 3) 4 WEEKS of trying to remedy this
I have spent more time and effort trying to work this out than any customer ever should have. The company is dead wrong, see previous posts and uploads. It should be a simple yes, we will refund her and move on!
I see that this company has an F by the Revdex.com standards and this is exactly that. A complete failure of a company to acknowledge their wrongs and reimburse a client for the hassle and inconveniences they caused not one person but two.

The business has failed to respond at all to their complete disregard for their customer. I had to go one step further and contact my credit card company to dispute the issue. I will not ever order from them and I will certainly make sure no one I know does and that's a large sphere. If they had just acknowledged their wrongdoing and refunded me this would have been over weeks ago. What a poor excuse for a consumer oriented business that deals with one's health and well being. The proof is that they care about their money and not how they treat their customers in a time of pain and struggle.
