The experience I had with this company was one of the worst customer service I have ever encounteredAfter realizing that I ordered products that were over $combined per month, I decided I did not want them and I didn't even open the packagesThese were delivered the week prior to Thanksgiving, and I decided I would take care of returning them in early December which would've been within days of the deliveriesI received a $charge to my bank account that I was not expecting which was less than weeks after I received the deliveriesAfter attempting to research my original order and receiving a 2nd set of deliveries for both products I called the phone number on the packing slip inside the packagesI thought it was odd that the return address (in Tampa , FL) on the packages did not match any addresses on the website (Marina Del Rey, CA) I ended up making phone calls in one day until I received all the information that I needed to return the productsOn one phone call I was told that Neurofuse does not have a return policy, meaning that I could not return any unopened packagesThis same representative could only locate the Neurofuse order/account, but not the NeurOmega orders/accountI asked to speak with someone else and he ended up hanging up on me instead of transferringI don't think that was a mistakeAfter I located their website and I read that there is a day full refund (minus the shipping) on returns I called back a 2nd time to request return instructions and to cancel the NeurOmegaThis representative attempted to offer a 25% refund and then a 50% refundI explained multiple times I expected a full refund on the purchase price on these unopened packagesShe gave me separate Return #'s because she said the other were over daysAfter I researched that the exact delivery dates I discovered it was still less then daysI called a 3rd time for another return numberThe one item I only paid for shipping, so I didn't expect a refund on that itemBetween the vague ordering process (which I should've known better at that moment), the misinformation about the return policy, the one representative couldn't find the 2nd order to cancel, and the multiple phone calls, I left very unhappy
