Review: While I chose the behavior as the nature of my complaint, there were also unanswered phone calls and messages involved as well as failure to provide assistance.

I went to see a Neurologist at this location, after which I asked to see a different doctor. I just wanted someone who would inform me more than the doctor I had seen for ten minutes. I was told that I had to put a request in with the Office Manager, so I did. This was in July. I waited to follow up until September, understanding that people can get busy. I called on the 1st, 2nd, 6th, twice on the 11th, 18th and 21st before calling again today (8/26) to be told to leave her another message! After getting upset, they called me later and said that I could finally schedule an appointment with a new doctor, that it was FINALLY approved. Now I have to wait until September 22nd to be seen. So, I told them that was unacceptable, I should have already been seen and my request should have been approved long ago. So, they left another message fof the Office Manager, who never called. And then another person called to schedule me, who then told me they would leave another message for her. So, now I am looking for another neurologist.

Also on the 18th, I called and asked that they send the results to my PCP of the numerous tests I took. I called them a few times that day to try to get them and still haven't gotten them. I had asked if I should just request a copy for myself and was told that I had to call a separate number for that. The first time I called that number, they hung up on me. The second time, a recording picked up and said to dial another number. That number just rang and rang. I still haven't spoken to anyone about getting my records.

Every time I have spoken to someone, they sound like I'm just a nusance and an inconvenience, regardless of how polite I try to be about the fact that THEY are the inconvenience. They are VERY rude!!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that this business loses all its patients and closes down. People shouldn't be treated like this. We come to you for help and you treat us like another number or someone who is just there to ruin your day.

September 16, 2014To Whom It May Concern:I researched our records and found the following: on August 21, 2014 at 10:23 A.M. our triage department received a telephone call from the patient requesting to switch to another physician in our group. She requested a physician who would spend more time with her during the appointment and explain in detail the medical findings. On August 21, 2014, same day, approval for patient to switch to another physician was given and the message was given to our scheduling staff. They finally were able to reach the patient and explained to her that none of our physicians had an appointment available earlier than the September 27, 2014 appointment she already had scheduled. On August 25, 2014 at 2:40 P.M. the scheduling supervisor called the patient again explaining no earlier appointments were available. The patient cancelled her September 27, 2014 9:30 A.M. appointment. The patient stated she wanted to ruin the practice, call the Revdex.com and complain by using negative reviews online with [redacted]. She also yelled, screamed and became very abusive to our triage and scheduling personnel She also stated she would make arrangements to pick up her medical records. To date, we have not received a telephone call or written request for medical records.Thank you,Barbara AAdministrator
