To whom this may concern:Mr. [redacted] was seen in our office by Dr. M[redacted] on March 8, 2017. Dr. M[redacted] discussed and addressed all of Mr. [redacted]' concerns, she prescribed medication and ordered an MRI to be done.  Dr. M[redacted] requested in her notes that the patient schedule a follow up in...

three weeks (give or take a day) after imaging was completed. The MRI was scheduled on April 13 and after completion was read by the radiologist, then sent to our office on 4/18/2017. (MRI's are performed, read and sent to ordering physician in 72 hours).  Mr. [redacted] called our office 4/19/2017 at 9:45 AM; and Dr. Mark W[redacted] returned his call on 4/20/2017 at 11:31am with the results as well as the plan for a referral to an eye specialist. It is customary and within office protocol to have another doctor call a patient that is calling in for results if the doctor that saw the patient initially is unavailable.  The week that Mr. [redacted] called for his results, Dr. M[redacted] was on hospital call and would not have been available to see her messages or return his call for several days.  As for Mr. [redacted]' experience with billing, I am very sorry if in fact what he writes occurred.  We do not have a website for payments therefore no one in billing would have instructed as such and with such a lengthy attempt to pay his $40.00 bill I regret that he did not ask for the office manager (myself) as I would have promptly resolved any concerns he may have had. It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] states that he had such poor services, we try to provide a positive customer service environment and experience but clearly it was not to Mr. [redacted]'s expectations.  We apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort Mr. [redacted] may have experienced. He is more than welcome to call me Liz S[redacted]/Practice Manager at any time during normal business hours, I will gladly answer any questions and also assist him in making his payment.   Sincerely,Liz S[redacted]Practice Manager
