I was denied a refund of cost. He raised his voice at me and I hung up. I called back to tell him that I cancel.
This, in my opinion, is a scam. Intended to be an income for someone that takes advantage of time and other events in a person's life. Having to call rather than email to opt out is an unusual manner of cancellation. My husband has cancer and heart failure. Illnesses that require many doctors visits. I thought with the email I was covered. It is a scam, definitely preying on people's situations. I hope they go out of business. The product did nothing to help me in any way is another sign of scamming.

I order a sample trail of this product and after I got it tired to call the number on the bottle to cancel the number did not work
I order this product from an ad on the Internet but the ordered had the wrong address so I tired to call and cancel the order, they informed me that my order number did not show in there system so it would not be proceed, I got the product that was forward from an old address as soon as it came in I tried to call the phone number on the bottle but it was not a good number also the address on the label was no good. I called the tourist center in the city that was listed on the bottle there were no such company in the town. I tired to call the 1-800 listed on the web site and it was no good either. I did email the company back from the information they sent me on with the order number but that email did not work either. Now they are telling me I owe $79 for the one trail sample I also got another order in the mail but I just wrote return on it. This company is a scram.

Bought a trial order from this company and received a second order I did not want. Cannot contact them using their listed phone numbers or email.
I purchased a, months supply, trial order from this company over the web for $4.95 on 4/27/18. That was their advertised price for the trial order. It was an order for Neuromax Brain and Neuromax Energy. It was advertised as a trial with no mention of follow on orders or follow on pricing. Received a second, months supply, order with packing slips, but no invoice showing pricing. The date on the packing slips was 5-29-2018. I was billed on 5/11/18 for $79.99 for that shipment. I have not received anymore orders as of 6/27/18, but saw I had been charged $89.94 on 5/29/18 for a third order. Have tried several times to get through on the phone number listed on the packing slips and bottles to cancel additional shipments. That number is (925) 524-3894. I was unable to get through and then that number went dead. Found their email and another number on the web and still could not get through and all emails just came back. I am afraid this company is a scam. I have been charged three times, received two orders, and cannot return the second order or get in touch with the company. Had to cancel my card for fear of additional charges.

My complaint is almost identical to the one written already. The advertisement is very misleading.
The advertisement promotes several well know people and then states you can try it for free just pay the $4.95 shipping. Then I receive an other product that I did not order and was charged shipping for that. Some where in the small print it must state that you must cancel in 2 weeks or be charged for the products. So I did not see charges on credit card until almost 3 weeks later but that is too late and they have charged me $79.99 for the "free trial" and $77.99 for a product I did not order. They tried to bill me another $84.99 for who knows what but I was able to block that on my credit card. I changed my card number. I called customer service on May 26 and canceled the products and was under the impression that this was going to be cancelled from my credit card. But the charges are still on my credit card. I called the company again and was basically told too bad. The products do not even work. So I feel I was scammed out of $155.98 plus the shipping for the item I ordered the trial on and one that I did not order. Another $9.90 for shipping. The advertising is very misleading and I am very upset.

I responded to an ad in 'Business Insider,? offering a free trial sample of NeuroMax Brain. It said 'free shipping today only" (dated 27 February 2018).

So I filled out the order form and was taken to the next screen that wanted $4.95 for shipping. I didn't like it, but I went ahead and ordered. Then, upon inserting my card number and completing the order, I discovered that I had ordered two other items that I was not even aware of.

I called support, and it made no difference. They canceled the other two items out, but if I didn't pay shipping on the NeuroMax Brain, I wouldn't get it. This advertiser lied and deceived throughout the whole process.
