First and Foremost, we would like to inform you that we, Neuron Support is an independent company and we provide technical support all around the globe. Secondly we won't accept the blame that we sent something like... that on your father's computer. We don't use any ill practices to get clients. When you say your father got a pop-up and it said Neuron Support, I would request you to kindly send us the screenshot of the same so that we can report the website and find out as to who is using our name to do frauds. We understand, these days there are various tech supports who use these kind of ill practices to get revenue, however we don't use such practices. We are a genuine company and provide genuine support; this is the first time someone has put such a blame on us. Moreover, we never call our customers and solely believe in Customer Satisfaction, so if a customer is not satisfied, he/she is not liable to make any kind of payment for the services. We do not scam people, so we would be really obliged of you if you can withdraw your allegations.

Hello *** ***We heard about your concern and were into the process for refunding your money but you need to understand that the refund procedure takes time as it goes through a couple of steps. We have already initiated a refund for the complete amount that you sent us for the services,
