I have decided this just isn't worth any additional time and effort. We've already lost money once due to this cancelation so I can't afford to waste anymore time on it. I will refund this money today just to put this to bed. ***

I've tired emailing and calling Mr*** *** about this complaint. We have a non-refundable deposit policy for patients making initial consultation appointments. We operate off a month waiting list so when someone schedules an appointment they are told numerous times the
deposit is non-refundable. By taking the appointment they are in turn preventing another needy child from being seen and we also end up losing money on a spot that could've been used by another family. I will refund this person if need be, but it goes against our company policy. Please let me know if you intend to file this as a valid complaint. It would be very disappointing if so, but we also do not want a bad record with the Revdex.com even if it was unfairly marked.Thank you for your time and effort with this matter.
