Neuropathy & Pain Centers of Texas Reviews (5)

To Whom It May Concern, Recently Mrs [redacted] and I met in my office to discuss her complaint We came to an agreeable resolution and an additional refund was issued At that time she agreed to remove her complaint from the Revdex.com Please see the attached copy of said refund We would appreciate the complaint removed as soon as possible since a resolution was reached that was mutually agreeable to both partiesSincerely, [redacted] ***Case ManagerNeuropathy and Pain Centers of Texas

I met with Mrs *** in my office for twenty minutes and discussed the refund policy for our patients I refunded her an additional 30% off of the real fees that I didn't have to refund per our contract because we care about the well being and happiness of our patients very much At that time she agreed to remove the complaint I don't understand what has changed since that time We do not take advantage of patients we help them get better As with any treatment nothing is guaranteed The fact that the treatment didn't work for her is unfortunate and regrettable However, that does not supercede the fact that we acted in good faith, not only by treating her but also by initially giving her the correct refund amount back and then an additional 30% back that contractually we weren't required to do All in an effort to satisfy her She could have had a back surgery that was unsuccessful but she would still be required to pay that bill Our treatments are no different in that services were rendered and payment is expected A full refund will not be forth coming. Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: As I said I will have my accountant go over my billsI have never said I was not satisfied with the treatment I received. My dissatisfaction has always been the amount I was billedSince I've never had a bill to look at, I wasn't sure they were over billing me. I'm not expecting any further refundI just want to know exactly how I was billed, and how they derived at the credit amount I was given I was told by MrSmith that most people did not know how to read a bill so I am just making sure that I do not fall under that category. I do want to resolve this issue and I willAfter all I had to wait over months to receive a bill I expect a little leniency until I can have my accountant go over my bill
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I want to take this bill to my accountant. This is the first receipt/bill that I've received after all my request for a copy and how they derived at the adjusted amount I was billed.I don't trust them,  When I was there I was just handed a wad of bills. He did give additional credit but part of the credit was from payments they had received from my insurance company,I was told the day before on the phone that they had given me an additional credit in the amount of 1.072.00. She put me on hold and tried to give me the total including the adjusted amount from my insurance company but couldn't figure it out. I ask her to send me a copy of how they came to this amount and that when she said it would be better if I came into the office. When I get there the next day I was informed that the 1.072.00 credit did include the payment they received from my insurance. company in the amount of 716.36. They are still billing me for a total of 15,580.74. That is not the agreed upon amount. The original bill is in the amount of 6,521.90, The credit limit was on 7,500.00.I appreciate the additional adjustment but I want to make sure I am not over paying. I will be taking these documents to my accountant by the end of this week. May 26, 2017.
Thank you Revdex.com for helping me start the process of resolving this. Before Revdex.com intervened they were not contacting me or responding to my request. He claimed they fired the person responsible for the billing error. Said they realized after my contacting Revdex.com that she had not been during her job.He did ask me to contact you to let you know we had come to a resolution and I did agree to do so. But as I was leaving I felt he was more concerned with how this made them look than making sure I was a satisfied client.  That's when I knew I needed to let my accountant look at it. Again I am ready to move on but again I do not want to over pay them. Thanks again and I appreciate you continuing to help me resolve this. Without your help I don't trust them to do the right thing.
