*** *** *** *** On May 14, I placed a call to DrHook to schedule a tow of my car from my residence to a place to have the starter fixed I told them where to get the money I left and the keys to the vehicle I specifically asked if they could leave the keys under the floor mat and they said that was fine The driver ended up finding the money I left no problem with that $for the tow and he found the keys no problem but when he dropped the vehicle off where I asked for it to be towed he dropped the keys in a locked key box because "this was their standard practice" and they would "never just leave keys under a mat" Complete lie The tow truck driver broke off my key fob so instead of owning it he dropped my single key in a locked box that was not accessible until Monday morning When I went to DrHook on the Monday morning because I had to take the day off work and deal with the mess they created,*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** I will make sure anybody who ever asks who to call NEVER CALL DRHOOK
