I own a townhouse in Trafalgar Village in Kissimmee, FLA portion of the monthly HOA fee pays for hazard insurance Since July of 2014, I have communicated on many occasions a serious roof issue over my lanaiThe roof has severe wood rot and is in danger of collapsingThe management company, Blue Water Community Management has taken no apparent action to my repeated requests to contact the HOAs insurance carrier to have someone inspect my roof I was informed by Blue Water on December 23, that the process with the insurance carrier had begunAs of January 9th, I have received no further communication, even after requesting an update via email on two other occasions I am concerned that if has taken so long after my initial notification of the problem that for over six months, the HOA and management company have taken no action to resolve this matter

My son is pre-med and complaining about my lack of energy and trouble of sleeping he has put me on a supplement, diet, exercise and sleep regimen to try and get my overall health markers and energy levels up and my stress levels down
He actually uses their focus product AdderRX to help him cram in college and as his mother I know how that boy is VERY particular about what he puts in his body so an endorsement from him to me speaks extreme volumes to this companies formulas (he is the type to put every single ingredient under the microscope)

Phenrx has been great, it gives me a surge of energy first thing in the morning to do my power walks (building up to a jog soon I hope) I'm losing weight very quickly although my son did say to expect an initial surge of bloat and water weight to fly off with the carb reduction so I don't want to give absolute credit to Nexgen's Phenrx for the weight loss results just yet
Sleep & Relaxation - The second part of my health plan he pointed out was how damaging my ultra high stress levels are and how sleep is 1/of our life and when all our hormones regulate and keep us regular with circadian rhythms and such
He put me on Nexgen Biolabs Zenrx after studying its formula and seeing its a pretty full spectrum product as far as natural and herbal ingredients go that he believes can actually make a differenceIt's very calming and does help me with sleep, along with my exercise, I'm sleeping like I never have been beforeWith meditation and yoga my stress levels are ultra low and zenrx is truly magnicificient as a relaxation and sleep aid!!!!!

First off let me say that I think the online portion of Revdex.com reviews are slightly flawed as another one of the reviews here pointed outI own a moving company in Seattle and I have hundreds of happy customers and complaints and problems are very VERY few and far betweenyou know just those cranky people that we bend over backwards for but they keep on complainingprobably looking for a discount! 99% of my customers are more than happy and we go above and beyond to ensure this, yet my Revdex.com review page only displays the complaints

Nexgen's skin care products are amazing and cheap (comparatively at least)I've been using their dermalift, oculift and renuvaderm products since I first heard about them from a coworker almost a year ago that was giving it all sorts of word of mouth praise around the office
Together the really work differently but together and I really wish they would just listen to us female customers and add a night time cream and an all day moisturizer already with the quality of their other skin and anti-aging supplements/serums/products

Then last month they gave us the ability to view our accounts online. Since then I've emailed 3 times both blue water and there attorney regarding the account and this mysterious $250 charge and have been ignored. They have not removed it and still to this day yet to respond. Also they previously fined me $1000 and put a lien on my house without warning illegally even though first our Hoa bylaws state that they can only fine me $50. Plus state law requires a owner to be notified intent to lien which they never did. Needles to say the fine and lien was removed once my attorney dealt with them. But still cost a lot of money.

At first I was a little peeved, reaching out to Nexgen we uncovered I was actually in the wrong.

I was treated with patience even when I didn't deserve it as I was being a jerk thinking my complaint was valid (quite ashamed)

The product is great and Josh at Nexgen Biolabs provided a patient and supportive customer support experience that was refreshing in this day and age... when most customer support is outsourced to careless 3rd world employees.

By its nature Revdex.com seems to collect only the negative reviews and complaints, I'm happy to return the favor to this solid company and give them two thumbs up! (ask for Josh if you need any customer support!)

I lived in Island Club West is managed by Blue Water Community Management but the properties are privately own and individual units have their own landlords. Property management at Island Club West is rude and they have no customer service skills what so ever. The dumpsters are constantly over flowing and the gate is always broken or doesn't allow tenants in. When problems arise the property management is apt to say "oh well I can't do anything." My experience with my landlord is great however any issue with the facilities have been terrible and I would recommend that anyone who is thinking about moving into a property managed by Blue Water turn and run and find something else.
