This is by far the most worst business I have worked with during the course of my job as an accounts payable representative. One of our managers got a sample of some air freshener and decided to order it without permission. Upon receiving a 400.00 bill for air freshener I had the shipment returned. A year later Neutron started harrassing the new manager about the bill. We asked them what they were talking about because the product was returned. They threatened us with collections and told us to send them a check or they would come after us. The manager asked them for a copy of the invoice and a copy of the return credit since they maintained that only part of the product was returned. I told them I would need documentation to pay the bill and they refused to provide it again. They ended up sending us to collections and I was finally provided documentation, from their lawyer and not them. They were rude and uncooperative. I hope that no one makes the mistake of doing business with them. It has never been such a hassle to get a company to give me the information I need to pay them.

Issue has been addressed per customer's request. All further collection activity has been stopped, and the customer has received appropriate credit for merchandise returned.

We have addressed all items listed by the customer and have met all of the requests.

The call center reps are very polite and friendly and know their product very well. They are very knowledgeable in helping you choose the correct product for your cleaning needs. Their products work extremely well, I especially like the odor eliminators. If for some reason, you do not like the products once they have arrived, it is very easy to contact customer service and get a return shipping label at no charge to you.

A copy of the original sales call to which the customer has requested has been emailed directly to her attention this day 03/04/14. I advised that all was shipped and received as agreed and have invited her to contact me directly after reviewing our original agreement by phone to discuss and...

While not all of the information contained in the complaint is accurate we do undertsand the customers frsutration that the matter has not been resolved at this point. customer today. The customer account balance is now zero and we look forward to servicing their account with greater emphasis on customer satisfaction moving forward. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this matter has caused.
