Review: I purchased $2,000.00 worth of computer components from this company and paid additional fees to have computer assembled and tested. I received this computer and it was in pieces. I had to pay another $500.00 for it to be assembled by an outside company. After assembly it turns out the computer does not work. I asked Neutron USA to why it wasn't assembled and all I get is "I so sorry". They will not reimburse my money for the assembly fee AND want me to pay for overnight shipment to get this computer fixed! This is a total scam! I called multiple times to ask to speak to the owner and they said he will not talk to me. So I have $2000.00 for junk computer parts I can do nothing with.Desired Settlement: I want a working computer ASAP. not the 2 moths they suggest.
