I booked Advanpro days in advance and when I asked what times were available I was told 4pm would workI let them know that I needed it done before the cleaners I'd hired for some post construction cleanup came inNo problem, they said, you're booked in for the day before your cleaners The day before the scheduled date they call to ask if they can come earlier in the day but by that time my work schedule is full so I can't change the timeI'm then told that the technician was double booked but I stress again the criticality of getting the ducts cleaned on the scheduled day because now I can't cancel my cleanersThe head office assures me the technician will come after his other appointmentI stay home that evening, miss my kid's soccer game to wait for them to show upNo one shows up, no phone callI try their 'emergency line' and leave a message - no call back For a company with a 'fleet' of trucks, they couldn't find another person to come outTerrible customer service

Leo and Jason came out today and were very professional and courteousThey went above and beyond by installing a rodent/bird guard on the exhaust for my dryer outside in -25!! Jason also came back in to reinstall the exhaust hose on the back of the dryer! Very happy with service

Jeff and his team provided extensive repair work to my interlock that had become uneven and collapsed in places due to weather and chipmunk activity. They performed their work in a polite and professional manner with a definite view towards making sure that the customer was satisfied.
