My wife nor I have any ownership in the property in you live in. We own the management company but not the property you reside in. We have not owned that property since July of 2016. You moved into the property in November. Our maintenance department is repairing the dryer issue so you can have a washer and dryer in the garage. We will not be able to install a dryer connection in the kitchen. Thank you

We have attached the closed and open work orders for the property located at [redacted] ***. We currently have two open work orders. One to install a dryer vent in the kitchen and check the outside vents from animals being able to get in attic. The second one is to check plug for microwave and install plug for dyer in kitchen for use with gas dyer. All of the work orders have been responded to in a timely manner. The tenant has been informed that not all work orders will be approved by the owner. We are only a third party agent working as intermediaries to manage the property. The garage has washer and dyer connections but does not fit the tenants size of washer and dryer in the space. The connection also had washer connections and electric dyer connections but the tenants wants gas which the area did not have a plug nor dyer vent. It was an inconvenience to wash clothes in kitchen and use dyer in garage. The owner did not approve of repair but we have went ahead and approved the repairs to make dyer available in connection. We have responded to all work orders and communicated if approved or not with tenant. Good afternoon, I am sorry you experienced this financial burden. After reviewing your lease and the maintenance records, the resident is responsible for 100% of the utilities. The work order was generated at 6:30pm on 4/and our plumber arrived on 4/to repair the
leak which is less than hours. If you ever expect a leak it is best to turn off the water to your home or call your water company which it sound like you did. We recommend speaking to the water company about a payment plan with them as they charged for the water. They normally allow you to submit a hardship letter and get a credit, if you explain the leak happened in the yard underground. This sounds like an issue that needs to be handled with *** Utility company.Management approved a $credit to your account since you experienced this hardship.
