To Whom it may concern:We have refunded Mr [redacted] $Per his initial request over the phone with myselfWe provided this refund on 7/27/17, [redacted] the Owner called Mr [redacted] and left a voice message explaining that we have given him this refund, and that we do not wish him to be a guest at either of our properties in the futureMr [redacted] never listened to the voice message, and called again and againI called him back, telling him to listen to the voice message, and also reiterated what the owner had told himI also explained to him that it may take - business days for the refund to hit his bank account.? Typically we would not provide a refund, as we did need to excessively clean this room based on the amount of stems and seeds, and the horrendous odorthe only way to get rid of the odor was to keep the room offline for a night and ionize itThis way we would be able to rent the room again the next night, and not lose more revenueHowever with the amount of harassing phone calls we received, we would prefer to take a loss, and be able to move on with our business, and ask that Mr [redacted] do not return.? ?
