Wow. Speechless... " The Heart Of Old Bullhead" is the slogan for this place. If this place is Bullhead heart I would HATE to see what its hell looked like!Talk about slslumped! The hallways reek of iron, mixed with animal poo with a strong whiff of marijuana at every other door. There are woman who look like they belong in a mental ward sitting in random spots of the building rocking back and forth, crying, or asking if you need to "be takin care of" Cockroaches roam the halls like they own then place , and unless you like being able to sleep at night, then this would be the perfect place for you!
