I waited to submit this review until I had completed the entire processI started my NCH adventure quite by chance, with a simple inquiry call and had the great fortune to connect with John B [redacted] John was exceptional at explaining how the process worked, the timelines, costs, and he assured me he would walk me through every step of the way As promised, that's exactly what John did I had anticipated that this project would be a paperwork nightmare for meNot at all!
