WAS BILLED FOR TELLING THEM I DIDNT NEED WATER ANYMORE
I WAS GETTING WATER FROM CRYSTAL PREMIUM BECAUSE THE TAP WATER IN MY APT WAS DISCOLORED AND I DIDNT WANT TO DRINK ITEVENTUALLY I MOVED TO ANOTHER APT AND WATER THERE WAS OK, SO I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I DIDNT NEED ANY MORE WATER FROM THEM AND TO COME GET TANK AND THE FEW EMPTY BOTTLES I HADTHEY TOLD ME IT MAY BE A WHILE BEFORE THEY CAME TO GET THEMIT TURNED OUT TO BE ABOUT MONTHS BEFORE THEY PICKED THEM UPI HAD PAID FOR ALL THE WATER I OWED FOR BY MAIL WHEN I TOLD THEM TO PICK UP BOTTLES AND TANKABOUT MONTHS LATER I GET A BILL FROM THEM SAYING I OWED THEM $FOR TELLING THEM I DIDNT NEED THEIR SERVICE ANYMOREWHEN I STARTED GETTING WATER FROM THEM IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED TO ME ABOUT A CONTRACT SAYING I WOULD GET WATER FROM THEM FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIMEI WROTE THEM BACK AND SENT THE BILL SAYING I DIDNT OWE THEM ANYTHINGMONTHS LATER I GET A NOTICE FROM *** ABOUT ME OWING CRYSTAL PREMIUM $

I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from but this company is UNPROFESSIONAL! The first time I ordered water this con guy tried to get cash from me, kept harassing me when I already gave my credit card, so I asked for another delivery guy, the ladies in the office are excellentSo yesterday I get my text for my water delivery and then no one shows upI call the office this morning spoke with Chanell, I asked for a manager this rude guy name Kevin, gets on the phone loud and ignorant obviously having the wrong account information instead of apologizing this a*** yellsVery unprofessional! Please do not put yourself through it!
I was to get delivery todayno delivery, not able to contact anyone at company short of driving over thereNot accepting messages, ect
cannot contact anyone with company, am out of waterhave been told by aptmgmnt"do not let these empty bottles sit out overnight again" , and I will need to get another water company out here a.s.a.p.I'm assuming they are not a viable company anymoreWhen customers can't contact this company, what am I to think? The last time this happened exactly this way, company went out of business tried to sue me for bottles, ectthat they never picked up I threw them away after a month I am writing a letter to them, but assume they will ignore it, like their customersI have no storage for their equipment, will also get a notice from mgmtover this nonsense, and possibly be forced to move as I've possibly gotten too many notices 7/19/ 3:50pm PDT
