Guarantee means she will edit the docs to qualify and pass judges stamp. When told her those are not the dates I entered she said I do not get refundOn September I7, 2013 I contacted Nevada Divorce & Document Service in Reno, Nevada. I was researching the business through Revdex.com on the net and any reviews. They seemed to be legitimate.I then created an account from their website but I did not want to submit credit card info because I wanted to be sure that I qualified for an annulment. I emailed the company and the attorney, [redacted] responded and told me that she suggests I complete the questionnaire without any payment . That would allow me to put in a detailed story of the situation and she will evaluate it and then give her opinion if this case would be guaranteed 100%.I submitted and waited for her response. On Oct 2, I emailed her and she responded that we need to talk via phone. I then called her and we went over the dates and info and assured me that I would qualify. I gave her my credit card info. She said she will send me a copy of the documents and there may be some inaccuracy with dates but if [redacted] and I have a problem with that just scratch and send her the edited dates. I received the docs and they were inaccurate. I could now see what was going on. I can get a guarantee if I lie and sign what she knows the court will approve.Everybody does it, why not? Not me.After a couple attempts of relaying the correct info., I contacted her yesterday morning, October 29, told her 'I guess my dates do not qualify me'. I asked about getting my $535 back. She replied that since she typed the papers that there will be no refund. She said she was going on the understanding that we only lived together for 3 months as I explained! I never said such a thing. My original log in account was changed to reflect the inaccurate info. Then to top it off she states to conclude that therefore under the reason for vasectomy, I do not feel you qualify. Vasectomy???? I am 53 years old, raised 4 sons. I'm done. I was livid. I called and tried to make sense with her and sheresponded "I worked my [redacted] off for you!" She did not. She tried to pass the papers off falsely. I did not play. She keeps the $$. In my own business I must put time and care to get my customers. She did not.Desired SettlementHonor their guarantee policy and refund my $535. I signed and approved nothing.Business Response [redacted] completed a questionnaire on Oct. 3, 2013. EXHIBIT A. I spoke with her a few times on the phone before she submitted it and then a couple of times afterwards. The case was typed and the marriage certificate was ordered, EXHIBIT B, so money was output. On the questionnaire she put that she learned of fraud on Sept. 9, 2012 and that they separated the same day. I explained that upon learning of the fraud the court requires immediate separation and she said they really only lived together for a few months because she was traveling. I said that I would accept the case so I typed it and emailed it to her.She called and explained that the dates were wrong so I asked her to cross out and make the changes and fax to me. EXHIBIT C. When I reviewed her changes the dates were a whole 1 year off from what she put in the questionnaire. This means that she stayed in the relationship for 1 1/2 years after learning that her husband was impotent. I explained that since we typed them she could file but because of the date change I could no longer guarantee services as this is essential for the annulment law. In addition, she stated in an email that the Husband "says maybe I just won't sign." Which means we could not use the papers anyway.Earlier in conversations she said she had additional reasons that could qualify her so I said we can make changes if she wanted to discuss that option. She did not want to pursue it. When the client used the word vasectomy in her complaint, that was via email conversation and I misspoke and just meant impotent - that was just a mistake and not in the court documents. We should not be held responsible for a client error when she completed the questionnaire and our guarantee for services was under the impression that she put down correct information.I even offered to complete the case to try through the courts but she said no.Final Consumer Response It is obvious that she CAN change online information. Look at the difference in type. Also when I logged back in EVERYTHING was changed to what she printed. My concern in the very beginning was if we qualify. We spoke once to discuss whether I qualify because I cannot afford pmt unless I do. She said I do. I asked her to wait a week for my money. She called me again in a week for money and I said ok. She said SPECIFICALLY if dates are wrong to let her know. She also said something that they don't like to 'deliberately' put wrong dates but..... I know know EXACTLY what she meant. There was a reason I wanted an annulment vs divorce. I will file dissolution but not through her. Final Business Response The difference is type can occur if settings on your email or computer is different. I did not change any original dates. I explained with the information given they qualify. Everything I stated earlier was correct and these papers could not even be used because he husband refused to sign them.

If you are part of the internet era, doing everything on the computer, the last thing you want to do is go to a law office and sit and wait thru multiple meetings. Having gone thru a divorce before we dreaded the experience. I found Nevada Divorce & Document Service on the internet. After checking them out at the "Nevada Revdex.com" http://www.Revdex.com.org/reno/business-reviews ( they have an A+) I went for it! The experience was wonderful! No meetings where your told "Extra verbiage will cost more". Professional and fast experience. The only thing I was surprised on was the price. I thought it said it was $300 and once I paid that, I was told it was another $300. I don't know if I read it wrong (probably) but heck $600 for the BEST divorce experience!","pos-1

To Whom it May Concern:After filing annulment papers with Victoria Crockett of Nevada Divorce and Document Services, a summons was sent to my husband and I from Judge Nathan Tod Young's chambers stating that we had been scheduled for a hearing on January 9th, 2015 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. This came as a great shock and hardship as I had been given a 100% money back guarantee, in writing, that there would be no hearing if uncontested, which it was not, and after doing further research on the nevada divorce.net website, I then found in writing that in the very unlikely event that a court hearing was called, that it would be a telephone hearing.Today, on January 5th, 2015, I received a letter from Judge Nathan Tod Young's chambers stating that we remain summoned to court ( despite our financial hardship which the judge had granted a fee waiver for the court costs) though we cannot afford the 1,160 mile round trip to Minden NV, especially when there are severe weather conditions as well as family having two children who are not in before/after programs due to said financial constraints. I filed annulment papers in Las Vegas, NV, not expecting to ever be sent up to Minden, NV of Douglas County near south Lake Tahoe. These were not the services for an annulment that were presented to me in writing when I paid $535 to Nevada Divorce and Document Services . Though I was told the office was much surprised that I had been summoned to court, and asked for scanned proof email to verify it, I was thereafter ignored by phone and email and finally received an email that they would no longer work with me at such a time that I had made PayPal aware that I was pursuing a valid refund.Nevada Divorce and Document Services President Victoria Crockett refused to work with me nor speak to me at that point in time and today January 5th 2015, I tried to reason with her to give a refund in order to afford the trip to Minden,NV,and she abruptly hung up on me. That was the last I heard from her.Product_Or_Service: Document Services Order_Number: 7E599241AV657593YAccount_Number: NVDP2014336Desired SettlementI paid $535 to Nevada Divorce and Document Services. I was told the office was much surprised that I had been summoned to court, and asked for scanned proof email to verify it,which I sent. I was thereafter ignored by phone and email and finally received an email that they would no longer work with me at such a time that I had made PayPal aware that I was pursuing a valid refund.Nevada Divorce and Document Services President Victoria Crockett refused to work with me nor speak to me. Business Response I explained the case was highly questionable & that I couldn't guarantee it be approved by the court. It is a 13 year marriage & the reason was Husband's adultery. She said she was very religious & would prefer annulment & wanted to try. I was always honest that it could be denied & it would not be under our guarantee. She said she would do whatever it took to have this the annulment & if denied she would complete residency for NV divorce (have email exhibits if needed) as she has a cousin in Reno. Even before we filed the case we discussed the possibility of divorce though email. She stated after the hearing was called I ignored her, which is untruthful. On 12/23/14, we typed, at no charge, papers for a telephonic hearing in hopes she would not have to attend. I only stopped communication when she put in a credit card refund request. The client attended the hearing & the case was approved. We went way above for her, including $500 of free legal work as we typed court fee waiver & telephonic hearing papers. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I paid the $500 after reading the written guarantee that there wold be NO hearing and IF there was (which was written on another page of the site), it would be a telephone hearing. I received a fee waiver for court fees and this company was well aware of my financial hardship. I was told that in over 15 years that they have not had a hearing called and asked for me to send the proof which I did. I agrwe'd to pay the $500 based on the guarantee of no hearing. Much less a hearing way up in Douglas County. The outcome of this case which was obviously followed up on , is irrelevant a it is after the fact. If there is a no hearing guarantee there is a no hearing guarantee. I spent the $500 based on that promise and endured additional fiNancy all hardship and additional emotional distress having to attend a court hearing with my husband and it was awful and not what I was promised that would happen. Much less clear up to lake Tahoe area. The company did my paperwork as was their job. The company offers a money back guarantee for a reason. That reason is that they so rarely see court hearings called that they can afford a refund of $500 once every "15 years" or so. I however, in my situation, cannot. I was paying for that guarantee and it was not delivered. Paprework aside, a HEARING NEAR LAKE TAHOE NEVADA WAS CALLED AND THAT WAS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR OR WAS PROMISED MUCH LESS GUARANTEED. I AM ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS,COSTS FOR TRAVELING 1060 MILESTONE ROUND TRIP AND CHILDCARE WORK AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED. HAD I KNOWN THUS WOULD HAPPEN I WOULD HAVE FILED IN MY OWN COUNTY WITH FREE LEGAL AID AND FREE OF COSTS VIA COURT FEE WAIVER WITH NO TRAVEL FEES.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The outcome of the case happened because the Judge found that I met the requirements for obtaining an annulment. I stand by your company too. Victoria is excellent at what she does. But that's not the point. The point is that I went with a company that had a 100% money back guarantee if you have a hearing. I did not want a hearing due to my PTSD. If you are so confident in your work that you can put in writing that you offer 100% money back guarantee and are with the Revdex.com then do so. I drove in no fit state from San Diego CA to Minden NV. I was not told I would have to go through that and it was a hardship for many reasons including financially. Due to the fact that it cost me $250 in childcare, gas, and an oil change as well as a place to stay. I would agree to settle for half the amount that I paid. Had I known what I would have to go through and arrange travel and expense and emotional distress, I would have filed in my own city and would have been granted a fee waiver as I have zero income. Between the work you did and the experience I was put through ( being threatened to be held in contempt of court unless I found a way to travel to near Lake Tahoe!) I believe a meeting half way is fair. A promise is a promise and a 100% no hearing slight chance of telephonic hearing guarantee is what your website offered in writing. That's what I signed up for. I didn't get what I was guaranteed and am being made to feel guilty about this and it isn't right. We can agree to disagree and amicably compromise by meeting in the middle. PayPal partial refund of $250 . Thank You. Final Business Response I am detailing the work that was provided for this case and am trying to be thorough.First attachment is the Application for a Fee Waiver that we typed for free so she could save costs. This was granted. Please note that they stated that neither party is working - they are on assistance. I point this out because she lied twice. She said that she worked so could not come to the hearing, which was untrue. Then she said that he husband had to work, which is untrue, see second attachment. She has not been working as she states she has PTSD.Third Attachment is the annulment papers that we typed and they notarized. This was the $500 charge. We also had to pull a marriage certificate from the records department which is the $35 charge expended. She did not base her decision to use our services because it stated no hearings - she used our services and even told us she would be willing to come to Nevada, up to 6 -7 weeks if needed. She fourth attachment of emails. She has a cousin in Reno who she said she would stay with for 2 months - so 1 day should not have been a problem. She had always said that she would do whatever it takes, up until the hearing was called and then she wanted a refund - not to cancel services, as she still wanted to the annulment. She still attended the hearing and got what she wanted. She explained that we ignored her after the hearing was called. We did not as evidence with the Telephonic Hearing we typed free for her which is the fifth attachment. We only wanted to stop working for her because if someone is asking for all of their money back from Paypal as she tried (but was denied) I did not feel that we should continue communication. But we typed everything and did everything with the court to get what she wanted. It was a positive outcome. She is just now trying to find something wrong with services. She is not deserving of a refund and we have not had a hearing called in about 10 years, but I explained her case is out of the ordinary.Sincerely Please see supporting documents online.

On Monday January 6th, 2013 around 1600 hours eastern time I received a text message from my mother stating, "You don't qualify for an annulment". When I messaged her back, "Why not?" she stated the woman did not tell her why. I proceeded to come onto night shift at work and called Nevada Divorce & Document Services at 1840 hours eastern time. No one answered and I left a voicemail explaining I am deployed overseas and to reach me by email would be best to which I left them my email address. I also explained that they called my mother and from what I understood did not explain nothing as to why we did not qualify for an annulment. I again called that night, at around 1900 hours eastern time again no answer. I emailed [redacted] that night that stated the incident that occurred; I purchased annulment papers for $540 and a marriage certificate totalling $575.00 and that my mother received a call stating we did not qualify for an annulment but did not provide an explanation. That was it for the night. On January 7th, 2014 I still had not received any communication from [redacted], so I resent the original email. She emailed me back asking to fax her a statement providing proof of the charges. I told her I could not because I am deployed overseas and do not have access to a fax machine. I told her instead I would screen shot the charges and email them to her which I did. I called on the 7th of January at 1420, 1640, and 1830 hours eastern time to all three of their phone numbers listed to which no one answered any of them. As of 1912 hours, I still have not received any further communication from [redacted] and have proceeded to dispute the charges on my account since they have already posted. I emailed her explaining this, and that I will seek legal counsel with my laywer, and am very disappointed in a company that has a complete lack of regard of customer service especially for someone overseas where it is hard enough for us to call home let alone deal with an issue like this.Product_Or_Service: Annulment Papers and Marriage CertificateDesired SettlementI just want a refund, you could not provide me with a service which I understand so in the case of not being able to complete your services please just refund me the $575.00. Business Response I would like to email a scan of the [redacted] credit that was provided on Jaunary 7th. The client even emailed and verified that she got the credit for $540 and would release once she received the credit of $35. She has received this on Jnuary 7th. I even contacted [redacted] and they verified her account was given the money. The client said she would release this complaint when the credit went through. I was assuming this was released. Please provide email if you would like the scanned accounting documents. Thank you, [redacted]
