Nevada Overhead Door Company

On August 29, 2014 we called Nevada Overhead Door Co. to come out and fix one of our garage/roll up doors. After Nevada Overhead Door Co. assessed what was wrong with the door, they came to the conclusion that we needed a new spring because ours had broke. Nevada Overhead Door Co. replaced the spring and reset the cables. On October 20, 2014 we called Nevada Overhead Door Co. again complaining that the garage/roll up door was not working properly due to the spring being broke. Nevada Overhead Door Co. came out again and replaced the broken spring. December 16, 2014 [redacted] to come look at the door because once again the door was not working. After [redacted] assessed the door they let us know that the spring that Nevada Overhead Door Co. had put on the door was in fact an smaller spring that what we need to lift and hold up the door. [redacted] also told us that we would have needed four of the springs that Nevada Overhead Door Co. placed on our door to get the door up and that is was a safety hazarded because the door could have fallen and hurt someone because the springs weren't the right size to hold the weight of the door.Product_Or_Service: Spring, laborOrder_Number: [redacted], [redacted]Desired SettlementFull refund - $360.00
