They only came back because we called upset that our water heater was not fixedThey did not make a new work orderThey were not helpful in resolving this issueWe will never recommend this companyThey are unprofessional and lack common curiousity for a mistake madeWe understand mistakes happen, but they lack the skills to handle this properly

We serviced your home through [redacted] who you have a contract with.  In your contract you have 30 day warranty on items that we service.  The issue was resolved in a timely manner and is now taken care of.  You were charged the service fee that is required by [redacted] at the time of service regardless if we have to come back or not.  Sorry for your inconvenience and hope you have a wonderful week.
