I am not completely rejecting itI am disagreeing with the bills being mailed to my address because the collections said they were sent to my old address which was *** * ***Am just saying they should get their stories straight and they could of called.

This patient called on the 18th and spoke to our Customer Service Rep [redacted].  Per [redacted] she was very upset that she has been turned to collections.  [redacted] checked the patients address and it is the address that the statements were mailed to.  The patient at that time was sure that she...

had paid these bills.  [redacted] explained that if she would bring in bank statement, cleared check or receipt we would research where the payments were posted.   Today (September 22nd) the patient called back and again spoke to [redacted].  She asked [redacted] if she was the person she had spoken to earlier in the week and [redacted] said yes.  She apologized for her previous call and explained that she did not pay these but asked if she could still have the discounts.  These claims were applied to deductible so [redacted] gave her the 55% after insurance deductible discount and the lady paid all three claims with a debit card over the phone.   We reviewed all three encounters and all three had been sent 4 statements.
