I would like to commend Cynthia and Juan at Nevada Spas and Billiards.. I live out of the Reno area and had a leak in a pump of my Dimension One Spa. I called and talked with Cynthia and she suggested that the spa tech, Juan, could possibly help. I emailed pictures and he made some suggestions and with parts obtained from NSBs I was able to repair the unit. It is refreshing to find a company and a store manager who are concerned about the customer. I appreciate their assistance and will return to their business when I need supplies or a new spa.","pos-1
