Worst service possible. The manager Amber is terrible and her staff is clueless. Luckily I have my main account at a different location where I will still keep my money at the bank. Do not go into this location on 4001 Sunset Rd. You’ll be disappointed

The service was horrible at the green valley/locationI had to wait in line for over minutes They need to get more tellers

Used North Carson Branch Friday September 11th 2015 around 4:30 in the afternoon. Filled out deposit slip for $631.53 check to be divided $200.00 cash and $431.53 deposited. Waited in line and called over to teller, middle aged man of mid-east descent helped me. Handed gentleman deposit slip with account number attached as well as check. Teller asked for ID and asked for it to be removed from wallet. I complied and teller said he needed to take it and enter it in system with my check and slip. Teller was very short and borderline rude with me but finished transaction handing me $200.00 cash and a deposit receipt for $431.53. I checked my account balance this afternoon Saturday September 12th as check should have cleared and funds should have been available. $431.53 was NOT available and after further investigation, was not even pending. Called [redacted] NSB headquarters at 5pm and got a young operator who after 20 minutes of searching told me they had no record of the $431.53 even being deposited. I let her know that I still had deposit receipt. Operator informed me manager was unavailable and to call back Monday. Meanwhile I'm not able to to pay important bills and have spending money on the only two days I have off. Extremely upset over this mishandling of money. This response serves as a summary of our findings.On Friday, September 11, 2015, [redacted] processed a deposit to his account in the amount of $431.53 with cash back of $200.00. When the deposit was processed that night, the transaction rejected due to a system error, and was not credited to his account that night. On Monday, September 14, 2015, the branch was made aware of the issue, and the credit was re-processed to the account. The deposit was successfully credited to the account on September 14, 2015.We do apologize that [redacted] was not able to get a resolution to the issue on Saturday. Unfortunately, this type of issue cannot be corrected until the next business day, and does require the branch of deposit to validate the missing item in their teller system, which the Customer Service Center does not have access to.
