Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The invoice said the items we not freeThe invoice was revived days after the itemsOver the phone we were told the items were free, except for what returnedWe were also not told prices over the phoneThe prices for the items were way higher than anywhere else we found the items for saleWe also told the company they can come get the rest of the itemsWe can not afford to ship them, we already spent $to ship the items they said were not free Regards, S [redacted] ***
We have made several attempt to contact the customer but have not received any communication backThe items were not freeThey are a package deal as it clearly states on the invoice & packing slipWe went over this with MrH*** at the time of purchase & also when we called back to
verify the terms of payment and shipping addressIn order for us to clear out the customers invoice, they would need to return the full orderWe would like to resolve this matter but the customer has failed to communicate with us.Respectfully, L*** ** *** Administrator
IN REGARDS TO COMPLAINT IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDIN J***, WAS NOT THE SALES PERSON ROBERT WAS ITS BENEN HANDLED WE ISSUED A RETURN STICKER TO THE CUSTOMER. WE PUT A CALL INTO THE CUSTOMER TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEN. IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED THANK YOU M*** ***

We called the customer and asked to provide tracking information regarding their returnWe had no record of anything coming backThey did in fact provide tracking, however they did not return all the merchandiseWe cannot credit out the account unless they full order is returnedPlease also make note that the package that the partial return was in had no reference to the customerIt came from a drug store from a completely different city, and listed no nameWe had no way of knowing it came from the customerWe are more than happy to credit out the account, but we do need the rest or the merchandise to be returnedNone of these items are freeIt clearly states on the invoice that all items are a package price on ALL itemsOur customer was fully aware of this at the point of saleHe agreed to the terms

I spoke to a female first, then Kevin, then he handed phone to Jason who refused to pay for return shipping as well as fought the return Which was in complete conflict original cold call trying to get our department to evaluate their product No one has attempted or made contact with me as I am the only person who answers the number they have The response is AND UNTRUE!
