I have all documentation as well as emails if you would like to review any of the case.He was very difficult from the beginningHe had a number of very bizarre requests For example: He wanted all the documents drafted on a special blue paper (which he provided) This "special paper" prevents anyone from making copiesHe felt all of his phone calls were being monitored and did not want any of our calls to exceed minutes? He wanted to use secret passwords any time we would speakThe list goes on and on but I will not bore you with the details.I truly felt he had mental problems but I always remained cordial( Due to his odd behavior I was actually a bit concerned as he lived within miles of my office.)After he defaulted he hounded me for weeks and weeks and I finally told him I would call the police if he did not leave me aloneAt that point he stated the following: "Jeff, I will not contact you anymore and lets call a truce over this." I am supplying more information below: Contracts are often time altered and that is why I use security paper to ensure that the contract can Not be changedThere was no secret password.
