I am rejecting this response because:I have not once been contacted by the company. They contacted my father today for the first time since the complaint was filed to harass him about making the complaint and threaten him for $1300

We called the customer and asked to provide tracking information regarding their return. We had no record of anything coming back. They did in fact provide tracking, however they did not return all the merchandise. We cannot credit out the account unless they full order is returned. Please also make note that the package that the partial return was in had no reference to the customer. It came from a drug store from a completely different city, and listed no name. We had no way of knowing it came from the customer. We are more than happy to credit out the account, but we do need the rest or the merchandise to be returned. None of these items are free. It clearly states on the invoice that all items are a package price on ALL items. Our customer was fully aware of this at the point of sale. He agreed to the terms.

I am rejecting this response because: The invoice said the items we not free. The invoice was revived days after the items. Over the phone we were told the items were free, except for what returned. We were also not told prices over the phone. The prices for the items were way higher than anywhere else we found the items for sale. We also told the company they can come get the rest of the items. We can not afford to ship them, we already spent $80.90 to ship the items they said were not free.

I spoke to a female first, then Kevin, then he handed phone to Jason who refused to pay for return shipping as well as fought the return. Which was in complete conflict original cold call trying to get our department to evaluate their product. No one has attempted or made contact with me as I am the only person who answers the number they have. The response is FALSE AND UNTRUE!
