I was a mutual customer whom I think is the "co owner of this salon I think her name is "T" she sold me some what I thought was virgin Brazilian hair. The hair was a mess. The frontal smelled like raw fish. My stylist washed it. It became a mangled mess with lost of sewn synthetic fibers in the hair. I made the owner aware she gave me the runaround. All I'm saying is after I spent 400 hundred dollars and the hair is no good buyer beware!! Her unwillingness to admit this was worse!I'm really saddened by this and will never recommend or shop with her again.

Billing Adjustment I'd like all or half of my money refunded I'm also looking into getting my lawyer to look at my case for false advertising. Fraud. And plain out dishonesty!
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are Full Service Salon that specializes in virgin hair extensions and Custom wigs. We are honored to be servicing the Atlanta metro area since 2015 with a 5 star rating since the day we opened. Prior to 2015 we were an online virgin hair & wig boutique.
This is the first time that we have ever been notified of an official complaint from the Revdex.com or any entity regarding a unhappy customer. We take pride in offering the very best experience and top quality hair/wigs at our salon. We do not sale synthetic hair at our salon and have no plans to ever do so in the future. We have been using the same virgin hair supplier for 10 plus years and they always provide Top quality products hence the long term business relationship.
For safety and sanitation reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any virgin hair or custom wigs. This information is listed at the bottom of all customers receipts. The customer called 1 month after purchase to inform us of her being unhappy with the hair. The customer also mentioned her stylist
customized the closure therefore, it was altered after purchased and the results may vary if the hair is not properly cared for.
We informed the Customer that there are no refunds or exchanges upon her call 30 days after purchase. The customer purchased 3 bundles of virgin deep wave hair and a virgin deep wave closure from our business on 1/21/20. It was communicated to her again that there are no refunds for exchanges. Because we value all customers, we offered this client a discount on her next purchase. The customer agreed to the offer and we were under the impression that the customer was satisfied. We have a copy of the receipt and will be more than happy to provide a copy to assist with this complaint.
