Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10557582, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Mr. Plumber still continues to deny poor business practices. I emphatically reject their excuses for not performing to what a consumer expects from a business. First off your technician said that they work with people all the time on pricing if it is not within budget whether its a payment plan or a negotiated cash price. That turned out to be a lie. Number two they avoided my phone calls for two days straight [redacted] kept on saying they would get back to me and never did. Number 3 the estimate that was given to me was not even the solution. I did not have to replace the entire line like the estimate says, it was written to enrich themselves and make money as opposed to being honest with the customer. And finally they are trying to make you believe that some work done in the past one time ties into the estimate which is something completely unrelated. They are making excuses and the right thing to do is to refund my 118.50. I felt like they took my money and ran as opposed to trying to help me. They should be ashamed of themselves with the Revdex.com logo on their truck. I will continue to reject their claims until a refund is sent out to me immediately.
Regards,[redacted]

Good Morning, This is a response to [redacted]'s claim that Mr. Plumber failed to provide service to unstop his sewer line. We have attached two invoices that correlates with [redacted]'s problem with his sewer line. The first attachment is an invoice that Mr. Plumber provided service on August...

4th, 2014. Our service technician ran his sewer machine in the [redacted]'s sewer line and noted there were bad spots in the line by or near the tap. Our service tech checked the washer cleanout and found visible mud in the line and that usually indicates a break or damage to the line. Mr. Plumber noted that a camera must be run through the sewer line to locate the problem. [redacted] obliged with the invoice and paid the $112.50 service call with no complaints. Moving on to the second attachment in which services were rendered on March 23rd, 2015. Mr. Plumber sent out a service technician and he arrived on location and ran his sewer machine through the 4" cleanout. His cable hit the stoppage in the line but he was unable to get through the stoppage due to the possibly being damaged or broken as indicated months earlier in our previous service call on August 4, 2014. Our technician gave the customer a bid price of $2,300 to replace the sewer line because the customer has a bad sewer line and needs it replaced. The customer didn't want to run a camera to locate the problem and he also called Mr. Plumber's office to negotiate the price. Our office personnel told Mr. [redacted] that the price was not negotiable because Mr. [redacted] wanted Mr. Plumber to perform the work the next day. Mr. [redacted] said that since we can't go lower on the price he would find another plumber to do the work. This was the last communication that we had with [redacted]. In addition, we have attached (2) more documents of the original job invoice that Mr. [redacted] signed and our invoices state that there is no guarantee on any sewer cleaning projects and also Mr. Plumber cannot be responsible for damage or existing drain line pipe or damage to property due to declogging or derotting of any drain lines. Customer is responsible for damage of drain line cable due to existing pipe damaged or abnormal debris inside service drains. In conclusion, [redacted] was aware his drain line had preexisting problems and he didn't want to repair it back in 2014. He then called us out once again and the same problem was present in which his sewer line is bad and needs either a repair or a replacement. He failed to come to terms with Mr. Plumber's price and he found another plumber due to the work which is his choice. Mr. Plumber provided service both times and Mr. [redacted] signed and paid both times.
