The company came to my house on Feb. 7th and completed the work. They did an excellent job installing the generator. I spoke with the owner and he showed a true interest in making sure I was a satisfied customer. All the work was done as I was told when I originally signed the contract. I am truly happy with the work done and I think the guys that installed my generator did an outstanding job and took the time to make sure I knew what the generator is capable of, how to manually operate the generator, and everything else I need to know. I could not ask for a better experience from a company, I would not hesitate to recommend Never Dark to anyone I know that is looking for a generator installation. They do great work and show an interest in doing a job right and making the customer happy! I would rate them an A+++

Review: I contacted the company to install a whole house generator back in November and [redacted] came to my house. They were supposed to install the generator the week before Christmas and never did. I called the week before to ask about installation because I hadn't heard anything from them. [redacted] called me back Friday the 20th to say they wouldn't be able to make the install date. [redacted] rescheduled the appointment for Jan. 9th. The installers arrived at approx. 11:00 am. They started the install and at 2:30 pm, they informed me that they were gonna stop the installation because they would be shutting off power to switch the circuits. They then told me that this was a three man job and there were two of them doing the work. They also informed me that they couldn't tell me when they would be back to finish the job. I called [redacted] back and told him this was poor business and I was very unhappy. He stated that he would talk to the guys and if he saw them before he left on Friday he would call me back, if not he would call me on Monday. Neither of which happened. He called me back on Thursday Jan. 16th and I asked was it Friday or Monday? I told him that this is the worst service I have ever gotten from a company and I want my money back and they can come get their generator. He asked why I had to be like that? I replied, "If I paid you like you provided service what would you say?" He said I understand and offered to install a surge protector to make me happy. I replied that only a refund would make me happy and to never hear from them again. He replied that he needed to talk to someone else and I never spoke him again. I called back Jan. 20th and spoke to [redacted] who told me [redacted]'s boss is the owner of the company and he would contact the owners and try to resolve my issue. He called me back on the 20th and stated he was told that either he could set a new appointment or I could pay a 15% restocking fee for the to pick up the generator.Desired Settlement: Refund my $4000.00.
